This website (the "Site") is operated by Redress Path Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). If you have any questions about these Terms or the Site, email admin@redresspath.co.uk.
By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The Site is intended for people in the United Kingdom. You must be 18 or over to submit a form.
The Site helps you find out whether you may have a claim and, with your consent, introduces you to partner firms, such as regulated claims management companies and law firms, who may be able to help. Using the Site is free.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract with us or guarantee that you have a claim. Any service a partner firm provides is under its own terms, which it will give you before you sign up.
You do not have to use a claims firm. You can complain directly to your lender and, if you are unhappy with the response, to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge.
When using the Site you agree to:
We may suspend your access or decline an enquiry if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms.
Content on the Site is general information only, not legal or financial advice. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but make no guarantee that it is. Any examples of outcomes are illustrations, not a guarantee of what you will receive.
The Site is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee it will always be available, and we may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time.
We own or license all content on the Site, including the Redress Path name and logo. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but must not copy or use any content commercially without our written permission.
Links to third-party websites are for your information only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for them.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law. Nothing affects your statutory rights.
Otherwise, we are only responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for the services or decisions of partner firms, lenders or other third parties, or for any business losses, as the Site is for private use only.
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. The Site uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy, and non-essential cookies are only set with your consent.
If you are unhappy with the Site or our service, email admin@redresspath.co.uk and we will aim to resolve it promptly. For concerns about your personal data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
We may update these Terms at any time by changing this page. The version in force when you use the Site applies. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
